Boone Veterinary Hospital is continuously monitoring COVID-19 situation. There is no higher priority than the
health and safety of our customers, patients, employees, and community. We are happy to take your phone
calls for any questions or feel free to use our PetDesk App! Effective Monday March 23rd, we are limiting
exposure and access to our clinic. The following is what you can expect when you arrive: When you arrive at
the clinic, please remain in your vehicle and call or text us at 515-230-2685.
After you have texted/called, we will check you in and call/text you to bring your pet to the front door. We
will have you wait in your car while we examine your pet, and then the doctor will call you to discuss the
exam. If you are at the hospital to pick up food or medication, please remain in your car outside the hospital
and call or text the front desk. We will deliver your order to your car as quickly as possible.
We will do our best to coordinate your visit from outside the hospital, including providing follow up
instructions and taking payments.
